Detroit Rapper Takes Lyft to Court After Being Denied Ride for Size

Detroit’s Dank Demoss, a rapper and influencer, has filed a lawsuit against Lyft after one of its drivers reportedly declined to pick her up, citing concerns about her weight. The driver claimed his small car and tires couldn’t safely accommodate her, despite her insistence that she could fit in.
