When Norma’s health took a turn for the worse, requiring constant care, Chris stepped up. With no family nearby, and Norma unwilling to move to a facility, Chris invited her to move into his apartment. He even launched a GoFundMe to cover caregiving expenses, showing his dedication beyond what most would expect.
Their days together involved champagne, late-night talks, and companionship. Norma called Chris “the grandson she never had,” a heartfelt bond that provided comfort for both.
